Set SMART Goals

One of the biggest obstacles to productivity is a lack of clear directions. Edward Muzio, DEP of Group Harmonics, talks about how to set goals for the people you work by simply making them SMART:

Specific
-Requests must be narrow and not vague

Measureable
-Define success
-Criteria must be clear and we must know when we get there

Attainable
-Request can be specific and measureable, but it must be possible to reach

Relevant
-how is the request must be related to other work you are doing?

Time Based/ Bound
-Know where the work is dued
