Gathering@Somerset Area

Finally, another outing with some of the cblc people on fri. Guess what, chewy arrives not only on time but much earlier than the agreed time. If my memory did not fail me, this seem to be the first time, so really quite surprising. But luckily she arrived early to buy Ocean13 tix, else confirm no seats for us.... Since the show is at 9.30, so we went off to Vilage for dinner.

We order quite a lot of food for 6 people (excl chewy cos she already ate before she came, so she had only a bowl of salad). We had pork knuckle, beef, lamb shoulder, seafood baked rice, softshell crab, calamari, creeps, fried vegs etc. Stay there for around 2hrs, chit chat. Had great laughts. Just like back to the olden days, except that we all, but 1, had already graduated. The final bill is only $123 (nice number hor?) cos got 20% discount mah (special discount for limited period).

Then off to cine to watch Ocean13. Show not bad, but if compared to Ocean11, think i still prefer the later. Cos the plan in Ocean13 is too smooth sailing liao, practically no setback lor, so...... And Matt Damon looks interesting when he tried to seduce a woman of a certain age. Next time, if you find a token at any jackpot machine, use it at that machine. Who knows what you will be getting.... hehehehe

After the show, still early, so went to PS cafe at Dempsey Road. I had the Bloody Berry (not Mary hor). Well basically, i think it's just some berry juice (with berry residues) + lots of ice. Further chit chating, with gerard talking more abt his Europe trip. Then we also teach chewy some real life knowledge. Really have to 佩服 gerard for thinking up the analogy of the target board and the types of guns. But poor gerard suffers from some skin problem. Learnt from his blog that it could be due to the nicke in euro coins. Hope he will recover soon.

Hey guys, we should have made this into a monthly event, say every last/first fri of the month sia. Talk cock sing song really makes the day....
